Shipping policy

Here at Fail Safe we understand that online shopping and receiveing your goods is very exciting and waiting is not fun.

We aim to have all domestic orders shipped within 1-2 business days from ordering however delays can happen in peak order periods.

Our approximate shipping time frames, after dispatch, are as follows:

DOMESTIC

Metro East Coast - 1 to 5 business days

Metro West Coast - 7 to 15 business days

INTERNATIONAL

Auspost International - 2 to 3 weeks

All shipments will be posted with Australia Post and tracking provided for your convenience.
